Latest Info (re lessons and more!)

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. The latest info is that firstly private driving practice is now allowed with someone from your own household subject to correct insurance etc. If you’d like advice on what to practice please contact me. The DVSA have also emailed to say that in England lessons may be allowed by law to recommence from the 12th April, but a final decision on this will be made on the 5th April. When I get confirmation I will contact you all directly (as soon as I can) to start re booking lessons. I have had some enquiries from new drivers wanting to start lessons but I will give all my existing students the opportunity to book first, this feels the fairest thing to do. Obviously when lessons resume we will all have to follow strict Covid safety guidance.

When I restart lessons I will be asking you all to confirm you still have valid provisional licenses and asking you to inform me of any changes that may have occurred during lockdown.

Also, please be aware that when lessons resume if at anytime I am instructed to self isolate I must comply and this could impact both lessons and driving tests. Hopefully this won’t happen but if it does as it’s beyond my control I would not be able to compensate financially for missed tests etc.

Some exciting news is that I’ve changed my tuition vehicle from my MG3 to a KIa Picanto Turbo GT Line. This should be a great, easy little car to learn in, and its really fun to drive. I’ll post pictures of it on the website soon.

So, keep safe and hopefully I’ll see you all soon.

Best Regards,

Mark
